House rules for dogs

We are a dog-friendly hotel. To ensure that all guests, whether with or without a dog, feel comfortable with us, we ask you to follow a few rules:

• Please ask BEFORE you make your reservation if you are allowed to bring your dog, as only certain rooms are designated for dogs. We charge € 10,- per dog and day (without food).
• For hygienic reasons, we would like dogs to always sleep on the floor - not in bed, on the sofa or a chair.
• Upholstery, benches or upholstered furniture should also be taboo for your dog in the public rooms, as some guests are allergic to dog hair - furthermore, dogs are not allowed in our breakfast room for hygienic reasons.
• Please keep your dog on a leash at all times in the entire area (hotel and restaurant).
• Out of consideration for other guests, your dog should always behave quietly and not bark. This applies especially at night.
• Walking your dog is only allowed outside the property and as you know it from home, there are bags everywhere for your pet's emergency toilet!
• It is expressly forbidden to leave your dog alone in the hotel room unattended for a longer period of time!

• If you get caught in the rain while walking your dog or if your dog has taken a bath in the Traun, we will be happy to provide you with towels to dry it.
